Frank Sanzone
U.S. Air Force ยท Master Sergeant, Retired
Frank Sanzone served 22 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant. As Commander of Post 400, he has made the Post a hub of support and camaraderie for local veterans.
His work as Post Commander has earned him the title of All State Commander for two consecutive years. He established scholarships for students at Sachem and Centereach high schools, is active in the Farmingville Residents Association, and presented a donation from Post 400 to the Long Island State Veterans Home through the Stony Brook Foundation.
In 2024 the Suffolk County Legislature named him a Veteran of the Year, as Legislator Nick Caracappa's honoree.
