Funeral honors
Post 400 provides funeral honors for veterans. Families planning a service can call the Post to ask about honors for their loved one.
Request honorsScholarships
Together with the Farmingville Hills Chamber of Commerce, the Post funds two $500 scholarships each year for graduating seniors at Sachem East High School. The Post also awards a scholarship at Newfield High School, and in July 2026 the winner read his essay to our members.
Community service
Our hall and our members support the neighbors who support us, from student veterans at the college next door to local causes across Farmingville and Selden.
